Supporting an MES application used across multiple sites for a number of large customers in the mining industry. It involves change requests, incidents, periodic meetings, writing periodic reports, RCA reporting (root cause analysis), investigative analysis of errors/bugs, responsibility for application up time, server performance analysis in relation to the running of the MES application and SQL Server.

Company: Retail Softwares Spring Wood – QLD.

I play a vital position in this organization as Software Support Analyst. I am responsible for analyzing the needs and resolve problems and also propose solutions for the same, using various analysis tools and techniques. 

I mainly handle customer calls and work with engineers in resolving the issues related to their product. Also, test applications developed by the development team and generate reports based on the same.

– Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team and Technical support of websites & wiki, work within SLA
– QA tasks, technical documentation, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server
– Administration of SQL databases, SQL scripts, Crystal report building and System monitoring.

I was involved in the entire process from inception to completion of the software product. I have contributed to the overview of the project on the application level rather than component-level or individual programming tasks..

Company: Tip – Top bakery Spring Wood – QLD.

My role was to create Macro code for Windows office packages including Excel and Word. Create Crystal reports as business requirements.
